This training will address the evolving landscape of marijuana legislation and enforcement. Covering both medical and recreational aspects, the curriculum outlines legal parameters, including permissible quantities, cultivation regulations, and licensing requirements. Officers are educated on identifying legal cannabis products versus illegal substances, focusing on THC content distinctions. Emphasis is placed on understanding the nuances of enforcement, ensuring adherence to state laws while respecting individual rights.
